Premium purchase help
- Confirm that the device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase.
- Open KidUp Premium and choose Restore Purchases.
- If the problem continues, contact support with the app version, device model, and any displayed support code.
Stories and games
Check your connection, close and reopen KidUp, and try again. Keep the app updated. A locked item may require a parent to approve Premium access.
