1. Who is responsible
KidUp is provided by Taorus Dijital, the data controller or service provider for this app. Privacy questions can be sent to taorusdijital@gmail.com.
2. Information used by KidUp
Depending on how the app is used, KidUp may process:
- Child profile information entered in the app, such as a nickname, age group, avatar, favorites, progress, achievements, and screen-time activity.
- App interaction and reliability events, such as screens viewed, content actions, and errors, used to understand and improve the app.
- Subscription and entitlement state supplied by Apple, so Premium access can be restored and kept accurate.
- Information you send when you contact support, including an error code if you choose to share one.
Do not enter a child’s real full name, contact details, photos, or other sensitive information into a profile or support request.
3. Children and parent controls
KidUp is designed for children ages 3–8 and is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian. Parent-only actions, purchases, and settings are protected by the app’s parent check. Parents should review the information entered and contact us to ask about access or deletion rights available under local law.
4. Service providers and Apple
Apple processes App Store payments and subscription transactions under Apple’s terms and privacy practices. KidUp may use service providers for app analytics, crash or reliability reporting, and app infrastructure. The exact providers and retention periods must be confirmed by the publisher before publication.
5. Advertising and tracking
KidUp does not serve advertisements and does not request permission to track you across apps and websites. We do not use advertising identifiers for the current product scope.
6. Retention and security
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and service integrity. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
A parent or guardian may contact us about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information where the law requires it. You can also remove app content or stop using the app; subscription cancellation is handled through Apple.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when the app, providers, or applicable law changes. The effective date above will be updated and the current version will remain available at this URL.
