KidUp Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of KidUp, a mobile educational and entertainment app for children ages 3–8. By using KidUp, you agree to these Terms. If you are a parent or guardian, you accept them for yourself and for the children you authorize to use the app.
2. Parent and guardian responsibility
KidUp is intended to be set up and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Parent-only actions, including purchases and settings, are protected by the app’s parent check. You are responsible for supervising use, reviewing content for your family, and protecting your Apple Account.
3. Using KidUp
KidUp provides stories, narrated story experiences where available, coloring, memory matching, jigsaw puzzles, profiles, favorites, achievements, rewards, and parent tools. Features and content may change as the app is updated. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial family use.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
KidUp Premium is offered through Apple’s in-app purchase system. It can unlock the story and game content described on the Premium screen. Subscription details, product identifiers, and renewal information are described in our Subscription Information page.
Apple charges the Apple Account used to confirm a purchase. Prices and taxes are shown by Apple and may vary by country or region. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
5. Content and intellectual property
KidUp and its original content, artwork, audio, names, and software are owned by or licensed to Taorus Dijital. These Terms do not transfer ownership. Do not copy, sell, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit KidUp or its content except as allowed by law.
6. Availability and updates
We work to keep KidUp useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every feature will be available on every device. We may suspend or change a feature for maintenance, safety, legal, or product reasons.
7. Disclaimers and liability
KidUp is an educational and entertainment tool, not medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, KidUp is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers cannot waive under applicable law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. The updated version will show a new effective date. If you do not agree, stop using KidUp. We may limit or end access when necessary to protect children, users, the service, or legal rights.
